Refund Policy
We strive to maintain transparency in our subscription and refund policies. Please review the following details for annual and monthly subscription plans and new user trials.
1. Annual Subscription Plans
- You may request a refund for annual cloud subscription plans within 3 days of the purchase or renewal date.
- Refunds will not be provided for requests made beyond the 3-day period.
2. Monthly Subscription Plans
- Refund requests for monthly cloud subscription plans are only available in cases of duplicate subscriptions and must be made within 24 hours of the purchase or renewal date.
- Refunds will not be issued for any other reason beyond this 24-hour window.
3. Free Trial for New Users
- New users are eligible for a 3-day free trial for any annual cloud subscription plan.
- Once the free trial ends, the plan will automatically renew to the selected annual plan, unless the automatic renewal is canceled before the trial concludes.
- After renewal, the 3-day refund policy for annual plans applies.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time without incurring a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations of subscriptions will be effective starting the day after your current subscription period ends.
- If you cancel during an active subscription period, you will continue to have access to the cloud service until that period concludes.

3. Confirmation and Refund Processing
Once your refund request is confirmed, your service will be terminated, and your payment will be refunded. Refund processing times are as follows:
- For credit card refunds, please allow 7-30 business days for the transaction to process.
- For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 7 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.
