We securely store all videos and facial recognition data in an encrypted format. Our trusted third-party vendors may have access to the facial recognition data to store the data, to maintain backup copies, and to service the systems on which such data is stored.
In providing services to Company and processing your information we will:
(a) use reasonable standards of care, consistent with its industry, to store, transmit, and protect from disclosure your facial recognition data, in a manner that is the same as or more protective than the manner in which it stores, transmits, and protects other confidential and sensitive information,
(b) use your information, including your facial recognition data, to detect and prevent fraud, and where permitted by applicable law, to improve and develop our services,
(c) not sell, lease, trade, or, other than to provide the verification and authentication services described in this policy, otherwise benefit from facial recognition data,
(d) other than as set forth herein, not disclose, redisclose, or otherwise disseminate facial recognition data unless doing so: (i) completes a Company transaction as requested and authorized by you or your legally authorized representative; (ii) is required by state or federal law, or municipal ordinance; (iii) is required pursuant to a warrant or subpoena issued by a court of competent jurisdiction; or (iv) otherwise consented to by you.
